Root Cause Analysis for Internal Auditors (one day)

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a tool that can be used by auditors to report on, resolve and prevent costly problems. Once the root cause is removed from the problem fault sequence, then it prevents an undesirable result from occurring.

You can save your organisation potentially thousands or millions of dollars, as an expert and trained authority on implementing RCA.

This 1 day course explains the RCA process and how to use it effectively to achieve real benefits for your organisation. By attending this course you will learn how to correct the root cause of problems, rather than merely addressing the symptoms.
