We will discuss:

• Culture at our organisations
• What we can audit about culture
• How we can convince our organisations that we should audit organisational culture
• Auditing a changing organisational culture

We will look at some well-known case studies - examples of what happens when culture leads to organisational failure, and how auditing culture might help our organisations avoid these sorts of situations.

This will be a round table discussion. Come along and share your experiences and views.
