Description

From safety when buying online to protecting your key accounts, this webinar provides a broader look at cyber security for everyday New Zealanders. Michael Jagusch, Director of Mission Enablement at the National Cyber Security Centre, will share current online threats as well as insights from our latest research into cyber security behaviours. He'll also be joined by guest speaker, Daniel Savage from Trade Me, who will share how Trade Me is working to protect users, what they're seeing and what to look out for. Daniel Savage, Head of Support Experience, Trade Me

Daniel is currently the acting Head of Support Experience for Trade Me, where he has worked for 5 years in a number of roles across Customer Experience, Trust & Safety and Product Management. Most recently his interest and focus has been in Fraud Prevention, improving the tools to detect and disrupt scams whilst giving customers the tools and knowledge to protect themselves.?

Michael Jagusch, Director, Mission Enablement, NCSC

Mike is Director, Mission Enablement at the National Cyber Security Centre. Mike has had several roles within NCSC and a broad experience within cyber-security. Mike has worked in customer engagement, providing organisations security advice and guidance, and has been involved in the more 'hands-on' aspects of cyber-security in his role managing NCSC's cyber defence capabilities.?? In his current role, Mike is focussed on delivering strategic outcomes by leveraging the expertise of the entire NCSC. Mike's teams lead NCSC's work on strategy development, business delivery, communications and engagement.
