This privacy notice applies to personal and other information collected on IIA NZ's website, as well as through other sources such as member surveys, evaluations, email questions and phone calls.
IIA NZ does collect personal and organisational information about its members. This information is a mix of information obtained from public sources and information the member supplies themselves.
The information is used by IIA NZ to respond to information and advice requests; advising members and others of important issues faced by the sector; opportunities that may help members to operate more efficiently or effectively.
This may include sharing your information with key partners, sponsors, or other relevant parties solely for purposes aligned with IIA NZ’s member services, organisational support, or communications, in accordance with the IIA NZ Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
You can choose not to provide certain information. You will be advised when information about you may be shared with third parties, and you will have the opportunity to opt out of this sharing. For example, when you register for an IIA NZ event that is sponsored, the registration terms at the time of registration will specify if your information will be provided to the event sponsor. Should you wish for your information not to be shared on that occasion, you will need to advise the IIA NZ National Office in writing, prior to registrations closing.
