Presented by Director of Mission Enablement at the National Cyber Security Centre, Michael Jagusch with special guest, serial entrepreneur and technology innovator, Mitchell Pham, this webinar is specifically for smaller businesses and organisations. SMEs are the target for nearly half of all cyber crime in NZ with one in three experiencing at least one cyber attack in the last six months. The estimated average cost of a breach is $173,000. ? We will cover some of the threats and recent research we well as simple, no-cost actions small organisations can take to protect themselves. Michael Jagusch, Director, Mission Enablement, NCSC

Mike is Director, Mission Enablement at the National Cyber Security Centre. Mike has had several roles within NCSC and a broad experience within cyber-security. Mike has worked in customer engagement, providing organisations security advice and guidance, and has been involved in the more 'hands-on' aspects of cyber-security in his role managing NCSC's cyber defence capabilities.?? In his current role, Mike is focussed on delivering strategic outcomes by leveraging the expertise of the entire NCSC. Mike's teams lead NCSC's work on strategy development, business delivery, communications and engagement.

Mitchell Pham, Director, CodeHQ

Mitchell Pham is a serial entrepreneur and technology innovator of over three decades in New Zealand and nearly two decades in Southeast Asia. He has been involved in digital developments in financial services, healthcare & social services, transport & logistics, professional services, supply train and international trade. He is currently a Director of tech companies CodeHQ and EasyCrypto, and Chief Digital Officer at NZX-listed company TradeWindow.
