Event name: The impact of culture on business controls

Lee will explore where good culture can have a positive impact and conversely how bad culture can have a negative impact.

About the speaker:

Lee is an experienced executive leader with a legal background and 20+ years of senior management experience predominantly in the HR, people and culture transformation space including health and safety and change management. She has held senior people, culture and marketing roles in a range of publicly listed, government and privately held organisations. I am passionate about organisational success through robust people practices and for supporting the leaders of today whilst building the leaders of tomorrow.
