Matthews Bio:

Matthew Oleniuk is a former public-sector senior executive with more than 15 years of experience providing oversight of major government projects. He has seen firsthand how serious issues stay invisible to leaders - and how splintered team dynamics can quietly put a project on the path to

collapse. Through The Risk Insider, Matthew shows public service leaders how to see the truth earlier, surface what dashboards miss, and lead complex projects with clarity, confidence, and fewer late-stage surprises.
