Driving Organisational Board Excellence: Leveraging Internal Audit as a Strategic Partner

Speaker: Kirsten Patterson, Chief Executive of the Institute of Directors (IoD)

We are excited to welcome our distinguished speaker, Kirsten Patterson (KP), CEO of the Institute of Directors (IoD), to our IIA NZ Lunch n Learn event.

Kirsten will lead a captivating discussion on the pivotal role of internal audit in achieving organisational excellence. With her wealth of knowledge, she will explore how internal audit functions can evolve beyond compliance and become strategic partners in guiding an organisation's success. Delving into real-world examples and best practices, Kirsten will highlight how Internal Auditors (IAs) can effectively collaborate with boards, providing valuable insights and driving informed decision-making.

Join us to discover how a robust internal audit function can elevate an organisation's performance, enhance board effectiveness, foster transparent communication, and drive impactful strategic decision-making.
