IIA NZ AGM 2025: Call for Nominations

The Institute of Internal Auditors New Zealand (IIA NZ) is now calling for nominations for the National Board, ahead of the IIA NZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025.

Background

Under the current Rules and By-Laws, the National Board is elected at the AGM, with members serving a two-year term. However, with the adoption of the proposed new Constitution at the 2025 AGM, Board members will serve a three-year term, with the option to be re-elected for a second consecutive term before stepping down.

At this AGM, we have two (2) vacant Board positions to fill, as Ramon Manzano and Jocelyn Ooi have completed their initial term and chosen not to stand for re-election.

Nominations to Fill Board Vacancies

We are seeking nominations for two (2) vacant positions on the IIA NZ National Board.

• Nominations opened on Thursday, 27 February 2025
• Nomination deadline: 5 pm, Tuesday, 1 April 2025
