Chief Audit Executives need to be on the front foot when it comes to internal audit quality. Many internal audit functions have elements of quality assurance and Improvement programs but do not have a documented program where the results are regularly reported to the audit committee and senior management. This practical and interactive training course demonstrates how to implement a Quality Assurance and Improvement program, together with cost-effective ways to conform to the five-year quality assessment requirement. You will acquire practical tools you can immediately apply in your internal audit function and gain the knowledge needed to perform a file review of an internal audit engagement and undertake an external assessment.
