Join us for an informative presentation on the insights gathered from the 2024 PwC Global Economic Crime Survey. We will deep dive into the current landscape of economic crime from across the globe and explore current New Zealand trends. This session is tailored for internal audit and risk professionals, providing you with practical tips and strategies to stay ahead of emerging risks.

Philips Bio: Philip is a Director in PwC's Forensic Services team with over 20 years' experience working with clients across the globe to effectively prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from unplanned events and crises. Philip started his career at PwC in Australia before spending eight years at PwC in the USA. He has worked across a wide range of industries including financial services, agricultural products, transport and infrastructure, manufacturing and pharma/life-sciences, real estate, construction, aviation, and public sector.

He has diverse experience across forensics assignments advising senior executives and boards on issues including fraud, bribery and corruption, regulatory compliance, serious workplace misconduct, contractual and commercial disputes, and money laundering. Additionally, Philip has worked with a range of clients in broader compliance consulting and enterprise risk management.

Philip presents on fraud, corruption, compliance and investigations to a range of industry and professional associations, along with fraud and forensic accounting classes at a number of tertiary institutions.
