Theme: Change and the Small Internal Audit Function

The different ways that change impacts on us as internal auditors, and strategies for dealing with it

  • Impact of organisational change on the work of Internal Audit
  • How long should we wait to audit the change
  • Dealing with it when IA advice is not taken
  • Where does consultancy stop and audit start
  • Making change work for you
  • How do you adapt to encompass the change

This will be a round table discussion. Come along and share your experiences with other internal auditors who work in small teams or alone. The Chatham House Rule applies. 

While, the SPIG is intended to be a discussion and networking forum for internal audit practitioners in small teams, anyone else who wants to come along is welcome.

Venue: Volvo Room, VTNZ. 5 th Floor 15 Willeston St. Wellington.

The meeting will morph into a networking opportunity. There is no charge for this event.
