Presentation Topic: Data Responsibility in a Fractured World

Digital transformation is impacting many organisations, it’s a question of "do or die" and it is not getting any easier at all.  With the recent advent of the Notifiable Data Breach (NDB) Legislation from Australia, and the impending General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR) on 25th May 2018, this means potential changes to our own New Zealand Privacy Act 2018, from an advocacy perspective.   Are you fully aware?  Are you prepared to cope with the implications of GDPR and how will you tackle it within your organisations?
